Q: How much do I have to pay as deposit?
We usually require a deposit in the amount of 2 monthly rents. When you hand back the apartment, the deposit is returned, together with a settlement of energy consumption.

Q: How long is the notice period?
The notice period is contractually established at 2 months. In specific cases, however, it is subject to mutual agreement.

Q: Are energies included in the rent?
No, energies are paid separately in the form of advance payments. They are settled every three months according to your actual consumption. If necessary, we return the overcharge or settle the undercharge.

Q: What happens if I am away from home for a month, consuming no energies?
If, when settling the actual consumption, we establish that no energy was consumed, we will return to you the advance payments for energies you had paid. We will of course invite you to join us in checking the energy meters, thus verifying your actual consumption.
